I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I paid $45 for the service and also left a $10 tip. I was specifically told that they would clean and wax the interior of my car, but they did not do it properly. As you can clearly see in the photos, the cup holders and dashboard were still dirty and dusty, and there were still stains on the seats. For $45, I expected the interior to actually be clean, especially after being told that interior cleaning and wax were included. When I politely told them that I wasn’t satisfied, the woman I spoke with seemed annoyed and had an attitude. She took me to the manager, and I explained that I had paid $45 plus a $10 tip and that my car was still dirty. What disappointed me even more was how they handled my complaint. They didn’t offer to clean the missed areas, didn’t try to fix the problem, and didn’t even apologize. I paid $55 total and expected much better service and customer care. I definitely won’t be coming back.

I had no idea what to expect when i pulled in honestly my car was so dirty i didnt think it could even look decent again but wow they really turned it around The interior looks better than it did when i first got the car way cleaner then i imagined they got every little spot i was seriously impressed. thier attention to the small details like around the cup holders and in the vents was awesome I saw them working on my car for a solid while not rushing at all. The price was reasonable for how much work they did and they even had it ready exactly when they said which is rare. I had a small issue with a spot they missed at first but they fixed it immediately when I came back no questions asked. Honestly it feels like a brand new car driving around now im definately coming back here this is my go to place from now on. if your car needs a proper cleaning look no further this is the spot.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this car wash. On April 10, my vehicle came out of the wash with two large scratches that were not present before entering. The damage was immediately brought to the attention of staff and documented on-site, and employees even attempted to buff the scratches while I was there. I later provided photos and a professional repair estimate totaling $1,641. Management initially responded saying they would review the video footage, but since that message they have completely stopped responding to multiple follow-up emails. Despite documenting the damage with their staff and giving them several opportunities to resolve the issue directly, they have chosen not to respond or take responsibility. Because of this, I am now proceeding with filing a small claims court case to recover the repair costs. If you use this car wash, I highly recommend carefully inspecting your vehicle before and after the wash.

Photos taken at the car wash upon receiving keys. They cracked and damaged the front wind shield during the wash. They would not provide their insurance information or accept liability. When I told the manager Arturo that the damage was not there when I got to the wash, he agreed that something might have happened. When I asked him to put it in writing he said he could not do that and eventually threatened to call the police because we did not want to leave without the letter. Please use this place with caution. They will damage your car and not accept responsibility.

They get a solid four. The place wasn’t full on a Sunday. My local one was very full and they aren’t worth the money. I spent 60 here probably making a Mobil wash at the house better. I was here for 3+ hours. You just have to find a good mobile guy and most suck.
